Practice Administrator

You’ll be the central point of coordination across our services — supporting our team, enhancing the client journey and helping our business grow.

You’ll be working alongside our established Administrator, Maxine, in a collaborative and supportive team.

Great with spreadsheets — Confident in Excel or Google Sheets and enjoys working with data.
The role

What you’ll be doing

A varied role at the heart of everything we do.

Manage enquiries, inbox and client communications
Coordinate diaries, appointments and clinician capacity
Support the client journey from enquiry to discharge
Produce reports, track KPIs and support business performance
Coordinate marketing activity and social media
Recruitment and HR administration support
Coordinate sites, venues and community services
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain systems, documentation and compliance
Support projects and business development
Be a problem solver, organiser and someone who gets things done

Hybrid working

Work from home and on site — including our Evesham base and other community locations.

Working hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. No evenings or weekends.

Salary

£27,300 – £30,000 FTE. Pro rata based on 30 hours per week. Salary will be dependent on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
