Your journey with us

Specialist physiotherapy, from first contact to ongoing support — built around you.

01

Get in touch

Speak to our reception team or send a request to our inbox. Tell us what you’re facing and we’ll talk through your needs, goals and the support that would help.

02

Complimentary discovery call

We offer a complimentary discovery call with a chartered physiotherapist to discuss your needs, assess suitability and answer all your questions before you commit to anything.

03

Specialist assessment

If suitable for physio, a thorough, individualised assessment will follow — at home, in clinic or wherever suits you best. There’s no pressure at any point: we’ll tell you honestly what we think the best plan for you is, and it’s entirely your decision how you’d like to proceed.

04

Personalised plan

An evidence-based programme built around your goals, your condition and your daily life. Together we’ll set realistic rehabilitation goals, and you choose the option that suits you — a 6, 12 or 24-session package, or simply pay as you go.

05

Ongoing support

Hands-on rehabilitation with regular progress reviews, adapting as you improve. We’ll support you every step of the way and hold your hand throughout your journey — you’re never on your own. As a team we meet regularly to review every case, so your treatment isn’t limited to your sessions and you always have an expert overseeing your rehabilitation.

Group classes

Physio-led classes

Beyond one-to-one therapy, we run specialist, physiotherapist-led group classes — bringing expert rehabilitation into care homes and community centres.

A physio-led group exercise class

Falls prevention classes

Evidence-based strength and balance classes delivered on-site at care homes and community centres. Led by specialist physiotherapists, they help people build steadiness and confidence — and reduce the risk of falls.

Neurological Rehabilitation Course

Our 8-week neuro rehabilitation group course at Evesham Leisure Centre combines aquatic therapy, gym-based rehab, adapted tai chi and education for adults with stroke, Parkinson’s, MS and brain injury.

Don’t see what you need?

If there’s a class or course you’d like us to run — for your care home, group or community — come and talk to us and we’ll explore making it happen.

A differentiator for care homes: regular, physio-led falls classes help homes reduce falls — and the hospital admissions that often follow — evidence a proactive, wellbeing-focused approach for CQC inspections and for families choosing a home, and help you stand out in a competitive market, all while supporting your own staff with hands-on guidance.

Discharge to Assess

Getting you safely home from hospital

Our Discharge to Assess (D2A) service supports people to leave hospital and recover at home, with assessment and rehabilitation in their own environment. We help reduce readmission and restore independence where it matters most — at home.
