Senior Community Physiotherapist

Help older adults regain strength, confidence and independence.

You’ll deliver specialist physiotherapy for older adults, helping them regain strength, confidence and independence after illness, hospital admission or loss of mobility. You’ll also support the neurological, learning disability and elderly care aspects of the business, working flexibly across our services.

You’ll be working alongside our experienced, supportive team of physiotherapists and administrators, with clinical oversight from our senior leadership.

We’re looking for someone who…

Experience with older adults — A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well.
Falls & frailty knowledge — Confident in strength, balance, falls prevention and reablement.
Neurological rehab experience — Comfortable supporting adults with stroke, Parkinson’s, MS and other neurological conditions.
HCPC registered physiotherapist — Chartered, registered and committed to high standards of care.
Compassionate & patient — You listen, understand and respond with genuine empathy.
Strong clinical reasoning — Confident assessing and adapting care to each individual.
Happy to travel — Comfortable delivering care across community locations.
Flexible, can-do attitude — We build caseloads around your location and skills, but as a small business serving the community we need people willing to flex, with support, to meet the need.
The role

What you’ll be doing

Assess and treat older adults across community settings
Deliver falls prevention and reablement programmes
Support recovery after illness or hospital admission
Build strength, balance and mobility to reduce readmission
Create personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation plans
Work collaboratively with families, carers and support staff
Keep clear, accurate clinical documentation
Help people remain safely and confidently at home
Support our neurological, learning disability and elderly care services

Working hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The site will be as close to you as possible, but the role is community based so travel will be required.

Salary

£32,000 – £45,000 DOE. Salary will be dependent on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
