Senior Neuro Physiotherapist

Deliver exceptional, individualised neurological rehabilitation for adults with complex needs.

You’ll deliver specialist neurological physiotherapy, drawing on your learning disability experience to support adults with complex needs — including mobility, function, postural management and respiratory care.

You’ll be working alongside our nationally recognised specialists in learning disabilities, in a collaborative and supportive team.

We’re looking for someone who…

Neurological rehab experience — Confident supporting adults with stroke, Parkinson’s, MS and other neurological conditions.
Learning disability experience — A passion for supporting adults with PMLD and complex needs.
Postural management skills — Confident with seating, positioning and 24-hour posture care.
HCPC registered physiotherapist — Chartered, registered and committed to high standards of care.
Respiratory awareness — Understanding of airway clearance and respiratory care is welcome.
Compassionate & person-centred — You believe everyone matters and deserves exceptional care.
Happy to travel — Comfortable delivering care across community locations.
Flexible, can-do attitude — We build caseloads around your location and skills, but as a small, growing community business we need people willing to flex, with support, to meet the need.
The role

What you’ll be doing

A varied role at the heart of everything we do.

Assess and treat adults with learning disabilities and PMLD
Deliver postural management and 24-hour positioning plans
Support respiratory care and airway clearance where needed
Create personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation plans
Work collaboratively with families, carers and support staff
Train and support teams around the people we care for
Keep clear, accurate clinical documentation
Champion function, participation and quality of life

Working hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The site will be as close to you as possible, but the role is community based so travel will be required.

Salary

£32,000 – £45,000 DOE. Salary will be dependent on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
