Siân will bring a physiotherapy couch with her if required.

An initial assessment is normally about 30-45 minutes and may include treatment depending on the complexity of the problem. Please note that if the session runs over an hour the cost may increase.

Injuries / pain

Respiratory / chest physio

Respiratory physiotherapy is aimed at helping people with a variety of respiratory disorders. Siân's goals serving patients in the community are to help avoid chest infections and hospital admissions by helping to clear secretions, manage cough and improve breathing that affect daily life. This may be by optimising medication, inhaler technique, developing exercise regimes, breathing techniques or chest clearance techniques alongside other treatments. Siân is qualified as a non-medical prescriber within the respiratory field and can prescribe medication within her scope of practice.
